Roles and Responsibilities- Leading and managing a team of front-line supervisors in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations ensuring a focus on a safety-first culture
- Managing staffing, supply, and equipment needs based on forecasted volume
- Mentoring, developing, and expanding talent and performance initiatives throughout the location
- Identifying and creating continuous process improvement opportunities
- Driving strategic initiatives as required
- Overseeing machine and building maintenance to ensure preventative maintenance programs are in place to minimize downtime
- Ensuring warehouse staff are trained in health, safety, and environmental practices pertinent to their positions as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA) and company policies

Requirements- College degree preferred or High School Diploma with 7 plus years of manufacturing experience
- 5 plus years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in the metal processing/distributing industry
- Knowledge of ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions as outlined by ISO 9001:2008
- Knowledge of statistical process control, warehousing, metal handling, equipment operation, and transportation regulations and procedures
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives - e.g. lean manufacturing, 5S, LEAN, 6-sigma etc.
Salary: $99,450 - $124,312 annually. A starting salary higher than $99,450 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
