Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across departments for efficient loading of distribution equipment
  • Build and manage weekly and monthly volume forecasts for distribution operations

  • Oversee merchandising teams as needed in various locations
  • Analyze Key Business Indicators (KBIs) and assist with departmental budgets
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with logistics and supply chain teams
  • Travel up to 10% as required

Responsibilities
  • Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, flexible hours
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
  • Salary: $118,695 - $148,369 plus annual target bonus

 

 

Position Responsibilities:  

  • The Operations Manageroverseesvarious departments, including the warehouse, transportation, and 3rd party distributors to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • This role will build weekly and monthly volume forecasts to manage execution of day-to-day distributioncenteroperations within parameters of both labor and other operating expense budgets
  • You will assist in the selection, supervision, and development of the distribution center team
  • Oversee the merchandising team in some locationsas appropriate
  • Assist in the establishment, analysis of daily/weekly KBI99s and submission of annual departmental budgets
  • Additionally, you will maintain collaborative relationships with other departments, i.e., logistics and supply chain planning teams, etc., to achieve goals and provide customer satisfaction, supporting and implementing company initiatives to achieve quality and safety metrics
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

RequiredEducation and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master99s Degree
