Operations Manager to lead our
Provider Enrollment operations supporting healthcare clients. In this role, you'll oversee daily contact center operations, develop leaders, strengthen client relationships, and drive continuous improvements in quality, service delivery, and operational performance. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve business challenges, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery against contractual commitments.
Your role in our mission- Lead the day-to-day operations of a Provider Enrollment contact center, ensuring service levels, quality standards, operational KPIs, and contractual commitments are consistently achieved.
- Build, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline employees while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve operational challenges, strengthen relationships, and deliver exceptional service and business outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence by analyzing performance metrics, improving business processes, managing budgets, and optimizing workforce planning to increase quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Lead strategic initiatives, operational implementations, and cross-functional partnerships that support business growth, innovation, and long-term client success.
What we're looking for- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Five or more years of experience leading healthcare operations, contact center operations, or business operations.
- Five or more years of experience leading managers, supervisors, or large operational teams in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience managing operational performance through KPIs, SLAs, workforce planning, budgets, client relationships, and continuous process improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
What you should expect in this role- Hybrid/Office based position located in Jefferson City, Missouri. Candidates must reside within a 60-mile radius of the office.
- Lead a high-performing team supporting Contact Center and Provider Enrollment operations for healthcare clients.
- Collaborate with clients, business partners, and leadership to drive operational excellence and achieve contractual performance goals.
- Occasional travel may be required based on business or client needs.

The pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $121,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
