Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Lead and mentor a team of employees to achieve operational goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for operational activities, ensuring profitability and resource optimization.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and measure performance metrics.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance and risk management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product delivery and service quality.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Optimize workflow processes to improve service delivery and operational performance.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and improve operational processes.
