Full Job Description
Pacific Coast Producers | Full-Time | On-Site | Exempt
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 /year (based on experience)

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, this position has overall responsibility for production, safety, inventory, and facility-related activities. You will:
  • Direct and manage all facility operations, including production labeling lines, maintenance, inventory control, quality and shipping/receiving.
  • Establish and monitor overall facility performance for production and quality standards, implementing enhancement techniques to increase output and reduce costs.
  • Develop and control profit plans and budgets; implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and labor.
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to shift supervisors, ensuring a culture of service and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the facility-wide safety program, sanitation protocols, and environmental standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Manage capital asset maintenance, including preventative maintenance programs and the proposal of new capital projects to improve operational performance.
  • Administer company policies and CBA rules, managing personnel performance including training and discipline.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing in a Collective Bargaining (CBA) environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) and hands-on experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with JD Edwards and WMS is a definite plus.
  • Strong background in managing multiple projects on tight deadlines with the ability to delegate effectively and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000/year (based on experience). This is a full-time, on-site role based at our distribution center in Woodland, CA.

The base salary range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to:
