Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 /year (based on experience)
What You'll DoReporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, this position has overall responsibility for production, safety, inventory, and facility-related activities. You will:
- Direct and manage all facility operations, including production labeling lines, maintenance, inventory control, quality and shipping/receiving.
- Establish and monitor overall facility performance for production and quality standards, implementing enhancement techniques to increase output and reduce costs.
- Develop and control profit plans and budgets; implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and labor.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to shift supervisors, ensuring a culture of service and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the facility-wide safety program, sanitation protocols, and environmental standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Manage capital asset maintenance, including preventative maintenance programs and the proposal of new capital projects to improve operational performance.
- Administer company policies and CBA rules, managing personnel performance including training and discipline.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing in a Collective Bargaining (CBA) environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) and hands-on experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with JD Edwards and WMS is a definite plus.
- Strong background in managing multiple projects on tight deadlines with the ability to delegate effectively and make sound decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000/year (based on experience). This is a
full-time, on-site role based at our distribution center in Woodland, CA.
