Full Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) who functions as the Director of Operations for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsible for a wide range of functions, with varying levels of direction received, for a remarkable, research intensive, Academic Unit/Division/Department.

Responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient operation of this complex academic Department, the strength of its business functions as outlined by the CAO. The Department has an annual budget of $61.9M, including $65M in revenue from clinical services and $2.8M in revenue from sponsored projects. The Department manages 143 staff members, 62 clinical and research faculty members, and residents and fellows engaged in clinical and research training.

Annual salary range: 108,900.00 - 241,500.00. The department's target salary range is 170,000.00 - 190,000.00
