  • Coordinate with Operations on all aspects of project implementation

  • Support short and long-term operational strategies
  • Ensure timely completion of critical third-party deadlines
  • Communicate project roadblocks and updates to leadership
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools

Responsibilities:
• Complete long term and short term ad hoc projects
• Adhere to internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Review and analyze employee billing data and report discrepancies as needed directly with leadership.
• Work with leadership to seamlessly onboard new clients
• Assist in implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Provide status updates on company projects
• Coordinate closely with the Operations team on all aspects of project implementation
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and storage
• Assist in supporting short and long-term operational strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of critical third-party deadlines
• Respond to management regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and other reports.
• Communicate project roadblocks and updates with leadership
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Other projects as assigned by Executive leadership.

Requirements
