Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and quality procedures.
• Proficient computer skills, including enterprise resource planning and analytics systems.
• Good understanding of integrated supply chain management, including demand planning and forecasting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing long and short-range plans and policies for assigned facilities.
• Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures to ensure product quality standards.
• Achieve optimal employee levels while minimizing overhead and material costs to meet the budget.
• Formulate and recommend manufacturing policies to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
• Direct and monitor department managers to meet manufacturing goals and ensure safety compliance.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff in line with company policy and regulations.
• Identify and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
