Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in industry-related management preferred
• Strong multi-tasking, time management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication abilities and negotiation acumen

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations focusing on equipment service, distribution, and storage activities
• Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying areas needing improvement and developing optimization strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, State Code, and Federal Regulations including DOT and Hours of Service
• Coach and motivate Service and Delivery teams, monitoring performance and implementing development plans
• Manage vehicle fleet, coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and licensing
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives
