What You'll Be Doing:
People Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead Order Picking, Cleaning Facility, and Sanitation teams
- Mentor Supervisors and Lead Hands, supporting career progression
- Set clear roles, expectations, performance standards, and accountability
- Foster strong team collaboration and engagement
- Drive strategy and initiatives to improve employee engagement scores and overall team satisfaction
Planning & KPI Performance
- Own production budgets and KPI performance
- Set annual targets and drive year-over-year improvements
- Oversee labour scheduling, material flow, line optimization, and contingency planning
Operational Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and audit readiness
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 3+ years of experience leading multiple departments with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and process improvement
- At least 3+ years of experience coaching and developing direct reports, supporting career growth, and managing performance
- At least 3+ years of experience working closely with teams across Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a strong plus
What You Can Expect
- Annual salary of $110,00-$120,000, commensurate with experience
- Work schedule of Friday to Tuesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility as needed to support operational requirements
