Fare Inspection Operations Manager to oversee the program that supports fare engagement efforts on the
Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Light Rail System.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
- Adjusting the deployment of staff and resources to match changing needs.
- Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
- Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Reporting outcomes through various channels (Excel spreadsheets, UKG Timekeeping, Budgets).
- Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
Ideal Candidate Traits:- 5-7 years of management experience in security operations or transit operations.
- Has supervised a large team of 100+ people.
- Must have a valid NC Driver's License in good standing.
- Outgoing, positive, and personable.
- Is a problem solver and innovator.
- Strong communication and narration abilities.
- Understands Quality Assurance and exceeds client and team expectations.

- High School Diploma required, college degree or post secondary education preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in security operations or transit operations.
