Great Career Opportunity for a Fare Inspection Operations Manager

Salary: $95K - $110K, plus annual incentive, weekly pay & great benefits!

Are you a leader with 5-7 years of management experience in security operations or transit operations? Block by Block is seeking a Fare Inspection Operations Manager to oversee the program that supports fare engagement efforts on the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Light Rail System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
  • Adjusting the deployment of staff and resources to match changing needs.
  • Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
  • Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting outcomes through various channels (Excel spreadsheets, UKG Timekeeping, Budgets).
  • Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.

Ideal Candidate Traits:
  • 5-7 years of management experience in security operations or transit operations.
