Ear, Nose and Throat Specialty ClinicENT issues can show up during all different stages of life. Our team is dedicated to treating a range of ear, nose, throat, voice and neck conditions for both children and adults.
The successful candidate will possess strong Practice Management experience, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of driving operational and patient care excellence.
Scope of workResponsible for the activities of team members within practices and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partners. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence. May manages multiple sites and specialty programs.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, health care administration or other related area Required.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, health care administration or other related area Preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience health care/medical practice experience or related work experience Required.
- 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role and/or role leading complex projects and initiatives. Proven track record of achieving financial targets and demonstrated ability to think strategically with a thorough understanding of strategic development Required.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and other medical practice systems Preferred.
