Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles
• Proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of change management and team development
• Effective communicator with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in key software tools including Microsoft Office and Heat Treat Furnace Software
• Solid grasp of EHS regulations and forging specifications
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles like Six Sigma and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational efficiency and manage production costs
• Lead and support multiple teams of over 50 staff members
• Draft and revise quality and production procedures for compliance
• Implement preventive maintenance on equipment and report issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations
