Full Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Distribution team in Fort Wayne, IN. An Operations Manager manages the day-to-day operation of a specific group of departments within the Distribution Center, as well as ensure service levels, performance levels, quality and human resources are meeting daily business requirements.

Schedule
  • Primarily Day Shift with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

What You'll Need:
  • College degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 3 or more years of management experience
  • 1 or more years of manufacturing experience

What You'll Do:
  • Manage materials and equipment necessary for the daily production and shipping of books to LSI customers, including but not limited to, order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control
  • Coordinate with other LS Departments, to resolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needs
  • Oversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift
  • Compose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records; recommending disciplinary measures, as needed
  • Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training
  • Ensure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times

Hiring Salary Range: $97,201 - $123,251k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
