- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree or relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a coordinator or in the Home Care environment
- 1-2 years of management experience preferred
Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee daily operations of the Client Care, Patient Care Coordination, and EVV/Finance teams to ensure timely case acceptance, staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, and visit verification processes.
- Manage team performance and caseload distribution to achieve scheduling, staffing, and fill-rate goals while maintaining high standards of service delivery and documentation accuracy.
- Develop and maintain on-call schedules to provide seamless 24/7 support for clients and care partners.
- Drive business development and referral relationship initiatives to support market growth and expand service opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting client, care partner, referral source, vendor, and company satisfaction goals.
- Oversee Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and financial operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
- Lead issue resolution efforts by addressing client, vendor, and service concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, including incident and complaint tracking.
- Monitor trends, identify recurring service issues, and implement proactive training, process improvements, and communication strategies to enhance service quality.
