Operations Manager, Client Services / Personal Care Services

Location: Brooklyn Office

Position: Operations Manager - Client Services

Position Type: Full-Time

Remote/Virtual Position: No

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,0000.00 /annual salary Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the Client Care, Patient Care Coordination, and EVV/Finance teams to ensure timely case acceptance, staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, and visit verification processes.
  • Manage team performance and caseload distribution to achieve scheduling, staffing, and fill-rate goals while maintaining high standards of service delivery and documentation accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain on-call schedules to provide seamless 24/7 support for clients and care partners.
  • Drive business development and referral relationship initiatives to support market growth and expand service opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting client, care partner, referral source, vendor, and company satisfaction goals.
  • Oversee Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and financial operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts by addressing client, vendor, and service concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, including incident and complaint tracking.
  • Monitor trends, identify recurring service issues, and implement proactive training, process improvements, and communication strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on delivering outstanding client care and operational excellence.
