Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• TWIC certification required.
• Proficient in using standard and specialized industrial cleaning equipment.
• Strong organizational skills for efficient scheduling of equipment and personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer and employee complaints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage group activities and interdepartmental collaborations.
• Schedule personnel and project assignments effectively.
• Conduct and supervise staff meetings to ensure team alignment.
• Approve accounts payable and receivable for timely payments.
• Review monthly PNL statements and address discrepancies.
• Perform revenue forecasting to guide financial planning.
• Evaluate and oversee the quality of specialist work during operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Implement and modify work procedures for safety and operational efficiency.
• Supervise employee management activities, including hiring and training.
• Develop and review project proposals, determining resource allocation and timelines.
• Assist in planning and scheduling various project activities.
• Monitor status reports and adjust plans as necessary.
• Prepare reports for management and clients to communicate project progress.
• Work with regulatory agencies to coordinate project activities.
• Act as primary liaison for resolving service issues between clients and operations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
