Job Title: Operations Manager (Ideal for individuals with management experience in either: facilities operations, retail mgmt, hospitality

Salary: $82K, plus annual bonus (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits!)

Are you a leader with 5-7 years of management experience in facilities operations management, retail, hospitality/tourism management, event management, or public spaces administration? Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs in the Denver area. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
  • Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
  • Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
  • Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Timekeeping, Budgets).
  • Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.

  • Has a solid work history with at least 5-7 years of management experience in the industries listed above.
