Key Responsibilities:- Inspect building systems
- Develop preventive maintenance plans
- Identify deficiencies and code issues
- Recommend repairs and modernization
- Support GSA to DHS transition
Skills & Requirements
Experience:- 7+ years (10+ for Senior)
Education:- Bachelor's required
- FMP/CFM preferred (required for Senior)
