Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations or Life Sciences, or 5 years of related experience with a HS diploma.
• Proven project management and coordination experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence across various levels and functions in the organization.
• Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Production Planning required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence within manufacturing teams through technical and operational support.
• Integrate cross-functional teams for cGMP production readiness and manufacturing area start-ups.
• Enhance operational processes by implementing new technologies and improvements in GMP environments.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on capacity optimization and cost reduction.
• Develop and lead Operational Excellence programs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review and revise standard operating procedures, batch records, and technical documentation.
• Communicate insights and provide training and mentorship to new personnel.
