Full Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources teams supporting Pierce Bradenton and Frontline Communications Fabrications in Bradenton, FL. This position partners closely with site leadership to deliver HR programs and solutions that attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. As a champion of our people-first culture, the Human Resources Manager will help cultivate an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work, ensuring our people remain at the center of business success. The Human Resources Manager serves as the HR leader for our growing manufacturing operations of more than 1,000 team members while reporting directly to the HR Director. This role is based on site in Bradenton, FL and requires regular travel to the Frontline Communications facility in Clearwater, FL providing support across both locations. YOUR IMPACT: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned. 3 Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals by fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that empowers team members, supports their professional growth, and builds organizational capability. 3 Support the business unit/functional area by promotion, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. 3 Build and maintain influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management and an employee advocate. 3 Partner closely with operations leaders to address daily workforce needs, providing HR expertise on employee relations, policy administration, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. 3 Drive fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices while managing complex employee relations matters and fostering a positive, people-first work environment. 3 Provide HR consultation and support to a designated business unit/functional area. 3 Consult with business until management in the strategic planning process and development of HR strategies that support the business needs. 3 Provide guidance on employment law, coordinate performance management, and resolve employee relations issues. 3 Acts as an expert on HR policies and procedures such as payroll, staffing, benefits, compensation, employee development and recruiting. 3 Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training manager to coach and discipline employees. 3 Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establish personal networks, and participate in professional groups. 3 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 3 Eight (8) or more years of relevant HR experience. 3 Ability to travel up to 20%. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3 Prior experience working in a matrixed organization structure. 3 Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 3 Ability to lead and develop HR department staff members. 3 Innovative, future oriented, and open to new thoughts and ideas. 3 Willing to challenge the status quo and be a strong influencer. 3 Possess distinctive ability to solve problems and make decisions. 3 Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills. 3 Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3 Ability to interact with all levels of employees. WORKING CONDITIONS: The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances. 3 This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings. 3 Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone. 3 Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings. 3 Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files. 3 Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role. Pay Range: $103,300.00 - $177,700.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
