About This Role

RGP is hiring for a Sr. Director of FP&A, this is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a growing Supply Chain Finance function within a global retail organization. The team is being rebuilt, and this individual will play a key role in owning financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business partnership across Supply Chain Operations.

This is a highly visible role that blends Supply Chain Finance and FP&A, supporting critical areas including Distribution Centers, Freight, and Initial Markup (IMU). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing reporting, driving forecasting and budgeting processes, developing actionable business insights, and partnering closely with Accounting, Operations, and Finance leadership.

What You Will Work On

  • Own the monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes for Supply Chain Operations.
  • Lead financial reporting and provide insights around freight, distribution, and operational spending trends.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, and Finance leaders to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
  • Maintain and improve critical reporting packages relied upon by business stakeholders across the organization.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify cost drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and enhance financial models that support operational planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of freight costs, distribution strategies, and IMU performance.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies.
  • Prepare presentations and financial materials for executive leadership. • Manage one direct report and help establish best practices as the team continues to grow.


What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, FP&A, or a related analytical finance function.
  • Experience supporting distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory, supply chain, retail, consumer products, apparel, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership teams.
  • Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of a highly visible area. • Experience managing or mentoring team members is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets. Experience with planning and reporting systems such as TM1, HFM, QlikView, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.
