Your Role: Operations Filling ManagerAs an operations Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations, driving departmental performance, operational excellence, and alignment with site objectives. In this role, you will lead through influence and data, develop a high-performing leadership team, and partner cross-functionally to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead departmental performance, metrics, Tier 2 meetings, and operational planning to ensure alignment with site objectives and the Business Plan.
- Provide oversight of manufacturing execution, departmental resources, budgets, and production schedules to achieve operational targets.
- Own and support quality systems, including change controls, CAPAs, deviations, AORs, Port, and 7-day reviews, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Coach and develop leaders while building a high-performing, accountable team and championing a strong safety culture.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, TSMS, and Operations to resolve complex issues and lead continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, including significant leadership experience.
- Top Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive departmental performance through metrics, combined with strong knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and quality systems, including deviations, CAPA, and change control.

- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
