Job Description
The Operations Director Automotive is responsible for leading multiple lines of business, client programs, or business units to achieve operational excellence, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. This role provides strategic leadership to Operations Managers, Senior Managers, and other leaders while ensuring the successful execution of client commitments and organizational goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Operations Director Automotive working from home, you will:
- Responsible for managing the performance across multiple automotive accounts; experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus in this role!
- Serve as a primary contact to our automotive clients; proactively discussing strategic initiatives, performance, sharing goals and objectives, etc.
- Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs’) and financial expectations
- Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
- Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities
- Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training
- Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Operations Director Automotive (Remote) role include:
- 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
- Experience within the automotive industry- Required
- 5-8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
- Experience partnering with clients to deliver exceptional experiences
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience with AI solutioning
- Flexibility & Ability to pivot based on changing priorities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
- Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule

- The base salary range for this position is $115,00.00- $140,000.00 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
