DescriptionSupports Army operations by developing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics while analyzing data to identify trends, improve processes, and inform decision-making. Ensures data quality and delivers clear, actionable insights through reports and briefings, collaborating with stakeholders across Army/DOD environments.

- Supports the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of operational dashboards, reports, KPIs, scorecards, and other decision-support products in Army-approved platforms such as Power BI, Army Vantage, and other Army enterprise analytics environments.
- Collects, validates, and analyzes data from Army and/or DOD systems to support operational assessments, identify trends and inefficiencies, and produce accurate, actionable analytic products.
- Applies analytical, statistical, and quantitative methods to support decision-making, policy development, performance monitoring, and other managerial functions.
- Supports organizational studies, evaluations, and process improvement efforts by developing analyses and recommendations related to systems, procedures, and organizational changes.
- Assists in defining and monitoring performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness, efficiency, readiness, and compliance.
- Prepares presentations, written reports, briefing materials, and other deliverables to communicate analytic findings and recommendations; collaborates with functional SMEs, technical team members, and government stakeholders to ensure products meet mission needs.
- Performs data quality and product support activities, including reconciliation, cleaning, root-cause analysis, user acceptance testing, deployment support, training, and development of SOPs, user guides, and data dictionaries; as required, assists with authorized AI/ML-enabled analytic tools.
Travel- Occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites may be required (0-15%).
Work ScheduleQualifications•
Active Secret clearance. No sponsorship will be provided• Bachelor's degree in related field of study
• 5 years of experience with Army logistics and operational data analysis, including collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting business or mission data; preferred: inventory management and SSA/warehouse data operations.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI or similar BI platforms, including defining data requirements and translating business questions into usable analytic products.
• Experience with SQL, data querying, data transformation, and data quality management, including validation, reconciliation, cleaning, and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing briefings, reports, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and deadlines in a client-facing environment.
• Preferred (not required):
o Experience working in Army and/or DOD network environments with associated access, security, deployment, data governance, and cybersecurity constraints;
o Familiarity with Palantir Foundry/Advana and SAP modules to include but not limited to Financial and Accounting and Controlling, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Plant Maintenance, and other authoritative systems of record
o Knowledge of Army logistics, medical logistics, sustainment, and supply chain operations
o Experience supporting development of AI/ML-enabled analytic tools in approved environments
o Experience with forecasting, anomaly detection, demand planning, inventory optimization, readiness analysis, or process improvement
o Experience supporting senior military or civilian leaders

Compensation- Salary, exempt
- $115,000- $150,000
