The impact you'll makeAs a Business Operations Analyst at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Planning & Operations organization. Leveraging strong analytical methodologies, you will provide data-driven insights that enable decision-makers to address gaps, resolve issues, and achieve critical business objectives.
What you'll doIn this role, you will evaluate business performance across the Global Planning & Operations organization, assess business processes, and identify root causes of performance challenges. Your work will directly support continuous improvement initiatives, enable informed business decisions, and deliver measurable operational results.
- Track and report operational performance against targets.
- Lead regular operations reviews to ensure adherence to established KPIs.
- Identify gaps and connect them to systems and processes.
- Assess risks and highlight potential issues.
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Communicate process gaps across local and global teams.
- Drive process improvements across functions.
- Ensure adherence to analytics standards.
- Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional intiatives to completion.

Who we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years experience; or 5 years experience with a Master's degree; or Ph.D with no experience.
- Seven (7) years of experience in business operations, operational performance management, program management, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced global working environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and other analytics tools
