  • Maintain training records and certifications tracking to ensure OSHA and company compliance.

Emergency Response Planning
  • Formalize Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and develop quick-reference materials tailored for ROC operators and field operations team members.
  • Structure and support routine fire drills and emergency response audits to evaluate team readiness across all regions.
  • Coordinate with local emergency services, AHJs, and site owners to align ERPs with site-specific and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Refine emergency procedures based on drill outcomes, incident reviews, and evolving industry standards for solar PV and BESS facilities

Safety SOPs, Manuals & Documentation

  • Generate and evaluate O&M Safety Manuals; collaborate with Corporate Safety to ensure Business Unit alignment and organizational consistency.
  • Ensure all safety documentation is version-controlled, regularly reviewed, and accessible to field personnel and management.
