Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational functions across multiple states, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Direct the monthly financial close process by reviewing and analyzing financial statements, operational metrics, variance reports, budgets, providing actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Partner with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support organizational growth, operational excellence, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and standardized operating processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing data-driven analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and improve organizational performance.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and accountability systems across departments, ensuring achievement of financial, operational, and customer service goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and resource allocation while identifying opportunities to improve financial performance and maximize return on investment.
  • Develop scalable operational infrastructure, systems, and reporting capabilities to support continued expansion into new markets and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, company policies, accreditation standards, and risk management requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions, automation initiatives, and operational systems that improve reporting accuracy, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Lead high-impact organizational projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership by presenting operational analyses, financial insights, business recommendations, and strategic solutions that support executive decision-making.
