Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management within high-volume manufacturing environments.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven background in Quality and Engineering Management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and automation.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead all launch activities to ensure plant readiness for standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Drive execution using Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) and Workplace Integration Process (WIP).
• Coordinate across Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to meet launch targets.
• Manage launch war rooms to resolve critical issues and risks effectively.
• Ensure validation of processes, quality, and workforce preparedness.
• Communicate launch status, risks, and recovery plans to various leadership levels.
• Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and developing team members.
