Full Job Description
Operations analyst, product marketing

Location: Remote, Pacific and Mountain time zones preferred. Hybrid or in-office in Palo Alto, CA also available.

About the role:

Intapp is looking for an Operations analyst to bring analytical rigor to how we measure, optimize, and scale the impact of our go-to-market programs. You'll support the PMM team by tracking and reporting on the metrics that matter - content adoption, pipeline influence, seller engagement, and play utilization - and turning that data into clear, actionable insights that help the team make better decisions about where to invest and what to improve.

This is an analytical and operational support role. You'll build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that gives the PMM team visibility into what's working, contribute to the weekly and quarterly cadences that keep the team aligned and accountable, and dig into field, pipeline, and adoption data to surface insights that inform where the team focuses next.

What you will do:
RTB operational cadence and reporting

Support the rhythm that keeps the PMM org aligned and accountable. You'll build and maintain dashboards that track the KPIs that matter - content output velocity, field adoption rates, pipeline influence, seller readiness scores, and asset utilization - and keep them current, accurate, and easy for stakeholders to act on.

On a weekly cadence, you'll track performance across the function, flag anomalies and blockers early, and prepare stakeholder updates that surface the signal without burying people in data. You'll conduct ad hoc analysis when the numbers raise questions, digging into trends to understand what's driving them and what the team should do about it. Over time, you'll develop a strong point of view on where PMM is creating outsized impact and where the evidence points to gaps.

Sales play program analytics

Own the measurement and reporting layer for Intapp's sales play portfolio, giving the program team the data it needs to make good decisions about what to build, update, and retire. You'll track play utilization, seller engagement, pipeline influence, and win-rate differentials between reps who use plays and those who don't, and build the reports and visualizations that make those findings accessible to

PMM and sales leadership.

You'll contribute to the structured feedback loop by synthesizing field input, call intelligence data, and deal outcomes into clear summaries of what's resonating and what needs to change. You are a core analytical partner to the program owner, not a co-owner of the portfolio itself.

What you will bring:
  • Strong hands-on data analysis skills: you track engagement and pipeline data, build reports and dashboards, interpret feedback, and make recommendations based on evidence
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis; SQL experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms; Tableau experience preferred, or willingness to learn
  • Genuine curiosity about what the data is actually saying - you don't stop at the number, you ask why
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, business operations, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Clear, direct communication: you write well and know how to make a complex data finding land simply for a non-technical audience
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple reporting workstreams simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA optional
