Full Job Description
The mission of Anduril's Air Dominance and Strike Division is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft, advanced effects, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The Operations team is a small but mighty team of business generalists who enable the division to scale through hyper-growth while breaking as few things as possible. As Anduril transitions into production, the Operations, AD&S Production team is responsible for maturing AD&S Production, ensuring the organization is operating efficiently and making the right decisions today to address the production challenges of the future.

Here's what you'll do:
  • Mature and define the operating model of the production teams as we scale, ensuring the organization has clear deliverables, hand offs, and processes to execute against our ambitious production goals
  • Work cross functionally to flow resources to the production organization so it can execute across manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and planning
  • Define and execute the strategy for how AD&S transitions from design into low rate initial production and full rate production
  • Run production planning by mapping production targets with resources, identifying constraints (material, machines and equipment, labor workforce, facilities), and aligning our production plan to financial targets
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in production to identify the future opportunities and challenges to the business and create and implement strategic plans to future-proof AD&S Production
  • Support the production function's governance and reporting structure - from business reviews to annual planning -to measure against our production goals and to focus us on areas for growth
  • Execute on special projects across supply chain, automation, international production, real estate, and other business processes and systems as they arise

Here's who you are:
  • You love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way
  • You get things done. You're high ownership and low ego, approaching problems with outcome orientation and humility
  • You are a systems thinker. You see the whole problem, understand how the parts connect, and solve with scalable processes that connect the dots
  • You are data-driven
  • You are an incredibly fast learner
  • You are curious and unafraid to ask questions
  • You are willing to go deep and tactical and not only only sit at a 30,000 foot level

Other:
  • 3+ years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, supply chain, manufacturing, starting a venture, or in finance or consulting
  • Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
