Your Role on the Team

Experienced professional who independently applies operational improvement, business process optimization, service delivery, governance, and performance management principles to resolve diverse and complex organizational challenges. Possesses broad knowledge of business operations, transaction processing, service delivery models, and institutional administrative functions. Analyzes issues of moderate to high complexity and develops practical solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required:
  • Thorough knowledge of business and process analysis functions, administrative operations, and service delivery models.
  • Knowledge of related areas of payroll, benefits, and human resources.
  • Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems and implementing process improvements and business process optimization methodologies. Experience supporting large-scale operational and service delivery initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse stakeholder groups, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines. Demonstrates problem solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to develop performance metrics and operational reporting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
