Job Description:Position Overview:We are seeking a Mid-Level - Senior Operational/Trainer. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within driving distance of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The role requires 10-20% travel, both CONUS and OCONUS. A current Secret clearance is required.
What You'll Be Doing- Develop and deliver training materials and "train the trainer" programs for technical prototype packages
- Provide operational support for the setup, use, and troubleshooting of equipment
- Conduct user assessments and feedback sessions to improve training and operational procedures
- Support scenario development and mission objective planning for training events
- Collaborate with technical SMEs, program management, and Government stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver training reports and documentation
What Required Skills You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/operational experience
- 7+ years of experience in training, operational support, or instruction within a DoD environment
- Experience developing and delivering technical training materials
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 10-20% (CONUS/OCONUS)
- Current Secret clearance
- Must reside within driving distance of APG, MD
What Desired Skills You'll Bring- Experience supporting Army intelligence or counterintelligence operations
- Experience with scenario-based training and operational assessments
- Knowledge of biometric, communications, and media exploitation technologies
- Prior experience with "train the trainer" programs
Security Clearance Requirement:An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
