This Opportunity

WSP USA is seeking an Operational Readiness Program Manager for our New York, NY Office.

The role will lead the development and implementation of a transformation plan to transition clients from operating and maintaining hardware-driven systems to software-driven systems. The role will coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure organizational, operational, and workforce readiness.
Your Impact

Transformation Planning
  • Develop a comprehensive operational readiness and transformation plan.
  • Define the organizational changes required to support a centralized operations and maintenance.
  • Identify gaps in skills, processes, and resources, and recommend practical solutions.


Implementation Oversight
  • Oversee execution of the transformation plan and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement new workflows, systems, and procedures.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve readiness objectives.


Resource and Funding Coordination
  • Engage senior leadership to identify resources and funding for readiness initiatives.
  • Align operational readiness goals with broader client strategic objectives.


Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate changes and readiness requirements to leadership and frontline staff.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and capability.
Who You Are

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $150,000 - $270,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
