The Role: Lead the Experience Behind the Workplace

This isn't a traditional property management role.

You'll be the site leader and trusted partner for everything related to property operations-ensuring the environment runs seamlessly, supports business goals, and delivers an exceptional experience for every stakeholder.

From facilities and vendor management to financial performance and space optimization, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day execution-balancing operational excellence with long-term planning.
What You'll Own
  • End-to-end site operations
Oversee facilities management, vendor performance, site access, and service delivery to ensure best-in-class operations
  • Stakeholder experience & partnership
Build strong, trusted relationships with internal customers, tenants, landlords, vendors, and guests-serving as the face of SRE on site
  • Financial performance
Manage site and portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and contract fulfillment
  • Space optimization & strategy
Identify opportunities to improve space utilization, occupancy costs, and lease conditions-aligning workplace strategy with business needs
  • Vendor & contract management
Lead vendor onboarding, performance, and payment processes-from purchase orders through invoice completion
  • Project coordination & planning
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously-coordinating across teams to deliver improvements that enhance site performance and customer satisfaction
  • Asset & maintenance planning
Maintain strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, infrastructure, etc.) and ensure alignment with maintenance standards, regulations, and asset documentation
What You Bring

You are a hands-on operator with a strategic mindset-someone who thrives in a customer-facing role while maintaining strong control over financials and operations.

Required:
  • Significant years of experience in real estate, property management, or facilities operations

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, contract/expense management)
  • Experience in facilities management, vendor oversight, and site operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in a customer-facing environment

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree (technical field preferred)
  • Professional certifications such as CFM, CPM, or FMP
  • Technical understanding of building systems (HVAC, infrastructure, etc.)
Why This Role Stands Out
  • Site ownership: You are the on-the-ground leader responsible for operational excellence
  • High visibility: Work directly with business stakeholders and influence workplace strategy
  • End-to-end impact: Own both financials and operations-not just one piece of the puzzle
  • Variety & scale: Support a dynamic environment with exposure to multiple Siemens Mobility sites (travel ~10%)

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Target bonus
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
