We are seeking an Operational Integration Manager to lead the structured integration of newlyacquired businesses and support the successful launch of new locations acrossour network.
This role is designed for a high-potential individualcontributor who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership ofprojects, and is looking to grow into an overall operational leadershipexecutive path. You will play a critical role in driving structure, alignment,and operational consistency across multiple locations while working closelywith frontline teams and leadership.
What You'll OwnIntegration & Execution- Lead end-to-end integration efforts across people, processes, systems, and operations
- Partner with site leadership to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption
- Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks to scale future integrations
Operational Structure & Improvement- Bring clarity and structure to complex, fast-moving environments
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements
- Standardize processes and strengthen execution across locations
Change Leadership & Influence- Build trust quickly with frontline technicians and local leadership
- Clearly communicate the "why" behind changes to drive alignment and adoption
- Influence across teams without direct authority
Systems & Performance Visibility- Support rollout and adoption of key systems (ERP, inventory, operational tools)
- Define and track KPIs tied to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership
What We're Looking ForExperience & Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred; MBA a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or similar environments
- Proven ownership of projects and ability to drive execution
- Experience with integrations, operational excellence, or project management (PMP a plus)
- Familiarity with calibration, M&A integration, or lean manufacturing is a strong advantage
