We are seeking an Operational Integration Manager to lead the structured integration of newlyacquired businesses and support the successful launch of new locations acrossour network.

This role is designed for a high-potential individualcontributor who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership ofprojects, and is looking to grow into an overall operational leadershipexecutive path. You will play a critical role in driving structure, alignment,and operational consistency across multiple locations while working closelywith frontline teams and leadership.

What You'll Own

Integration & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end integration efforts across people, processes, systems, and operations
  • Partner with site leadership to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption
  • Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks to scale future integrations

Operational Structure & Improvement
  • Bring clarity and structure to complex, fast-moving environments
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements
  • Standardize processes and strengthen execution across locations

Change Leadership & Influence
  • Build trust quickly with frontline technicians and local leadership
  • Clearly communicate the "why" behind changes to drive alignment and adoption
  • Influence across teams without direct authority

Systems & Performance Visibility
  • Support rollout and adoption of key systems (ERP, inventory, operational tools)
  • Define and track KPIs tied to safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred; MBA a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or similar environments
  • Proven ownership of projects and ability to drive execution
  • Experience with integrations, operational excellence, or project management (PMP a plus)
  • Familiarity with calibration, M&A integration, or lean manufacturing is a strong advantage
