Full Job Description
Operational Excellence Senior Manager will lead the deployment of PMI's continuous improvement methodology to enhance organizational capabilities, improve operational performance, and drive innovation through greater reliability and agility.
Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Strategy
  • Lead deployment of continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices across the site
  • Drive alignment with PMI, regional, and cluster strategies to deliver sustainable business results
  • Develop and execute the affiliate's operational excellence roadmap while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Lean Manufacturing & Supply Chain
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing implementation and integrated operating system deployment
  • Drive supply chain and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure accountability for loss elimination programs and continuous improvement sustainability

Quality, Safety & Sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Promote a safety-first culture through leadership, coaching, and employee engagement
  • Champion OPEN+, continuous improvement tools, and sustainability initiatives

People & Communication
  • Build org capability through coaching, training, and talent development
  • Support succession planning and change management initiatives
  • Develop internal communication strategies that align employees with company objectives, values, and behaviors
