Your future duties and responsibilities: As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Operational Excellence & Organizational Performance Consultant to strengthen our team and support clients in their transformation initiatives. You will contribute to strategic engagements focused on operational excellence, organizational diagnostics, and organizational development, while also helping prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFPs). Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading high-impact engagements aimed at improving clients' operational performance.
• Analyzing client-specific needs in alignment with their transformation and strategic objectives.
• Assessing current-state operations to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement in terms of cost, user experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• Defining target operating models and recommending solutions tailored to clients' unique business challenges.
• Quantifying expected outcomes, including cost reductions and improvements in user experience.
• Designing and implementing transformation frameworks, including tools, models, and guiding principles to support strategy execution and operationalization.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical discipline (computer science, logistics, etc.), business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives, with demonstrated results in process and quality improvement.
• Management consulting experience is a strong asset, along with hands-on expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt) is required. Black Belt certification and extensive change management experience within large international organizations are considered major assets.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping and transformation, including process modeling tools and methodologies (Visio, BPMN).
• Experience in organizational design is a significant asset.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling and data analysis tools (SQL, reporting tools, etc.).
• Ability to assess and interpret all organizational dimensions, including business models, operating models, processes, governance structures, tools, and IT architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with senior executives and discuss strategic issues.
• Strong curiosity, proactivity, and an innovative mindset, with a passion for entrepreneurship.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English is required due to the international nature of the assignments and interactions with national and international clients.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 70 000$ et 135 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
