This role involves designing, developing, and executing ETL/ELT processes specifically tailored to PeopleSoft source environments and custom repositories, while resolving migration challenges related to data structures, formats, volumes, and ingestion rules. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, PeopleSoft administrators, xECM specialists, and custom repository owners to define migration scope, cutover strategies, validation checkpoints, and integrated end-to-end data migration solutions. They will also document all migration artifacts, including mappings, runbooks, and exception-handling procedures, and support xECM Functional Consultants throughout solution design and execution.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful migration of structured and unstructured content-including PDFs, images, and custom repository artifacts-into the target system (xECM or equivalent)
  • Design, develop, and execute ETL/ELT processes tailored for PeopleSoft data and custom repository content
  • Identify and resolve migration issues related to PeopleSoft data structures, custom repository formats, volume handling, and xECM ingestion rules
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, PeopleSoft administrators, and repository owners to define migration scope, cutover plans, and post-migration verification

  • Partner with xECM Functional Consultants to develop integrated end-to-end solutions supporting business and governance requirements

Here's what you need:
  • 2+ years of experience with ETL/ELT development and data-migration methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft data structures and custom repositories
  • Experience migrating unstructured content (PDFs, images, scanned files) into enterprise content management platforms such as xECM
  • Ability to troubleshoot migration issues, ingestion errors, and high-volume data-processing challenges
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Proven ability to document detailed migration artifacts, mappings, and validation processes

Nice to have:
  • Hands-on SAP experience

Eligibility requirements:
