Open Text Project Manager Location - Remote (USA)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Open Text Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously within our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills. Experience in managing OpenText and Customer Communication management projects are a plus, it is nice to have and not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables, and adjust as needed to remain aligned with goals and timelines
- Coordinate resources and tasks across multiple teams and departments, balancing competing demands to maintain efficient workflow
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and roadblocks; implement effective solutions to minimize impact
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, timely, and focused communication
- Lead regular project status meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, keeping all project artifacts organized and up to date
- Track project performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices across projects
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master's degree or relevant certifications a plus)
- Exposure around Customer Communication Management (CCM) domain, great to have exposure with OT Exstream/Communications.
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing IT projects of varying size and complexity
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with excellent organizational skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information clearly
- Effective at leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification(s)
- Experience in software development or IT infrastructure environment
The pay range for this role is
$120,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
