Job Description:

Position Overview

The Manager, OOH is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and management of Out-of-Home advertising campaigns while overseeing a portfolio of client accounts and supporting the development of junior team members. This role serves as a key client contact and collaborates closely with internal teams, agency partners, and media vendors to deliver strategic media solutions and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, experienced account leader, and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the OOH landscape and media planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of OOH media strategies, plans, and recommendations that align with client objectives.


  • Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, buying, implementation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.


  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and proactive problem solving.


  • Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and media vendors to deliver integrated media solutions.


  • Monitor client budgets, spending, forecasts, and campaign performance.


  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and increase operational efficiency.


  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging media opportunities, and marketplace developments.


  • Develop presentations, strategic recommendations, and marketplace updates for clients and senior leadership.


  • Mentor, train, and develop Associates/


  • AssociateAccount Executives and other junior team members while supporting career growth and team performance.


  • Support business growth initiatives through client retention, account expansion, and marketplace expertise.


Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


  • 4-6 years of media planning, buying, account management, or related experience, preferably within OOH or a media agency environment.


  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading media campaigns.


  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.


  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred

  • Experience managing and developing junior team members.


  • Strong understanding of OOH media planning, buying, measurement, and marketplace trends.


  • Experience with media research and measurement tools, including Geopath.


  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.

$90,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
