Role Scope- Own the site schedule in P6: build it with the field, update it from the field, and keep it honest.
- Run weekly lookaheads with superintendents and GCs so the three-week plan matches what crews actually do.
- Analyze float, logic, and progress to flag slips weeks before they show up in a milestone.
- Tie the schedule to commissioning sequences so system turnover dates drive construction priorities.

- You build schedules from crew logic, not templates.
- You spot a bad progress update and challenge it with data.
- You communicate schedule risk in plain language a superintendent will act on.
