Sunbelt's Onsite Operations Manager is empowered execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers.
The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.
Position Responsibilities:
Manager the operation of the project with a focus on customer service, employee development and project completion.
- Work with the Regional Manager or District Manager as well as the Project Team to develop revenue growth through on-site projects
- Ensure customer service levels are held above standards
- Train and develop team members at onsite locations on process flow and equipment testing for future projects
- Direct all project phases
- Provide primary line of communication with customer
- Manage the execution of the project with a focus on maintaining or improving profit level of the project
- Partner with customer by acting as liaison between them and Sunbelt
- Participate in the Project Proposal to ensure a clear understanding of the Project Scope
- Track project against its schedule, reporting status to management, expenses and customer on a regular basis
- Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality and cost
- Assist in preparation of and review of customer invoices
- Negotiate differences with client and internal team members to meet project goals
- Maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective actions
- Maintain a strong set of core values utilized in daily decision-making
- Ability to travel as required to perform duties
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Understands basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system
- Good project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 - 97,317.00
