You AreA a highly experienced Onshore Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Lead with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oracle EBS Expertise:
- Provide techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Payables.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle EBS modules to meet client needs. Have understanding on Job Scheduler Appworx
2. Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and testers, to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
3. Support Activities:
- Oversee and manage L1.5 and L3 support activities, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to support teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, support activities, and system performance.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Payables.
- Proficiency in Oracle application development: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Forms.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- 5+ yrs Hands-on experience in managing L1.5 and L3 support activities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Oracle certifications in relevant modules or technologies. Experience in onshore/offshore delivery models. Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
