Full Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented a OneStream Consultant to join our team. This is a 100% Remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Core Application Development: Independently configure and build complex OneStream artifacts including Cubes, Workflows, Member Formulas, Confirmation Rules, and complex Extensible Dimensionality models.
  • UI/UX Design: Build robust and intuitive user interfaces, developing dashboards, advanced formatting string elements, and parameters to ensure seamless end-user navigation.
  • Data Integration & Quality: Design, build, and maintain data connectors and transformation rules. Help manage Relational Table Storage structures and interface mappings for incoming data streams.
  • Technical Quality Control: Author and execute test scripts to validate application updates. Assist in identifying and fixing metadata anomalies and rules syntax errors before code moves to production.
  • Peer Support: Assist lower-level developers or incoming team members by offering platform guidance, participating in code reviews, and sharing best practices


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software development or financial systems implementation
  • 3+ years of dedicated OneStream implementation experience.
  • 1+ years of OneStream XF implementation, configuration, and optimization experience.
  • Proven proficiency working inside OneStream frameworks, encompassing Extensible Dimensionality, Data Management Jobs, Business Rules, and Custom Relational Tables.
  • Strong hands-on SQL experience, with the capability to evaluate execution plans, construct relational table queries, and interpret database layer indexing structures.
  • Foundational understanding of VB.Net or C# scripting within the OneStream business rules environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of the OneStream Essentials Curriculum.
  • Possession of the OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) - Implementation Foundations certification.
  • Possession of a CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Experience with the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or financial management within the government sector.
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot complex configuration errors independently, parsing server logs and diagnostic traces to resolve system errors.


Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.


Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

The projected compensation range for this position is $94,800.00-$157,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
