Job Description:Salary: $83,000-85,000/year
Title: One-Stop Operator
Classification: Exempt
Scope of Position: Oversees daily operations and regional standardization efforts to ensure integrated service delivery across funding streams. Serving as the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) point of contact and partner liaison, this position supports Career Center operations, data capture, customer flow, reporting, and continuous improvement while ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Essential Functions- Coordinate partner programs and services across all centers to ensure meaningful access and support an effective One-Stop system
- Oversee implementation of the One-Stop Operator functions outlined in WIOA Title I, Section 121(d), and 20 CFR 678.620
- Work with the leadership team, contractor's staff, and program staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are effective and efficient
- Provide overall coordination of partner efforts and communication with Board staff
- Market/promote all services offered through the Job Centers
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with the Board and prepare reports as required
- Maintain relationships with and convene quarterly meetings with MOU partners
- Develop MOUs with non-mandatory One-Stop partners as approved by the Board
- Assist in defining roles and responsibilities of partners required for MOU's
- Ensure the center is in compliance with all federal, state, WIOA, and Board policies
- Facilitate monthly direct reports to be provided to the Director
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of performance and quality metrics
- Ensure program participants are given high quality customer service
- Represent EDSI at conferences, meetings, and targeted social functions as required
- Support implementation of the regional vision under the guidance of the supervisor

Education and Experience Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required/master's degree preferred; with demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives
- 7-10 years' experience leading teams and building and maintaining strategic coalitions and partnerships
- Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
- Clean driving record, valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle required
