As a
Clinical Research Nurse Navigator, you will play a
critical role in advancing oncology research by working closely with physicians, research teams, and patients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and screening patients for participation in clinical trials.
- Educating patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on clinical trials and treatments.
- Ensuring all research protocols and compliance measures are followed.
- Assisting with regulatory processes, data management, and patient monitoring.
- Collaborating with physicians and leadership to expand affiliate clinical research programs.
- Supporting patient-centered care while ensuring high-quality research outcomes.
What We're Looking ForTo excel in this role, you'll need:
- BSN
- 3+ years of oncology nursing experience.
- 3+ years of oncology clinical research nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical records, and clinical trial management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in Human Subject Research & Good Clinical Practice (CITI Training)
- Familiarity with clinical trials regulations (local, state, and federal)
- Strong understanding of scientific and healthcare principles
