As an Oncology Account Specialist (OAS) in the Boise/Spokane market for the Lung team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming patient care and demonstrate your deep disease-area expertise to engage healthcare professionals through diverse media channels. Your role will involve leading interactions with healthcare providers, focusing on clinical selling and identifying customer needs for education. You'll work closely with the Oncology Business Manager to develop and manage account plans, using your understanding of the tumor patient journey to engage key partners across all relevant elements.
Must live within the geography: Boise, ID or Spokane, WA areas (Territory includes Central/Eastern WA, ID, MT, and WY)
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of demonstrated Sales or Commercial experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or other relevant experience in related healthcare environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Pharmaceutical sales experience
Oncology sales experience in (specifically Breast, Lung, Hematology, Gynecology, Genitourinary, or Gastrointestinal cancer)
Experience with successful launches and balancing a complex portfolio

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $132,756 to $228,954. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
