Full Job Description
Location: Minneapolis, MN
As Nuvolo's On-Site Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for working onsite to ensure the technical success of our enterprise client. The key objective is gather customer feedback to improve our product and services and in the same token provide the technical solutions which enable our clients to reach their goals. As a critical resource to the end user community, the TAM will be responsible for proactive technical engagement while leading ongoing support onsite for our customer. You will be responsible for the long-term client relationship, from active management of implementation engagement through ongoing support, ensuring enterprise-wide value realization. You will act as a valued business advisor to our customer, providing customized services aligned to the customer's priorities in order to maximize the business value of their Nuvolo investment. The TAM is responsible for the overall growth, quality, and satisfaction of the customer's services relationship.
As an On-Site Technical Account Manager, you role will incude:
  • Developing and configuring web services in our EAM platform, built on ServiceNow
  • Configurations of various EAM modules within the platform including clinical, facilities, manufacturing, security, integrated workplace management (IWMS) and portal
  • Acting as EAM platform system administrator, programmer or analyst
  • Working with web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS & HTTP)
  • Experience with IT service management process and tool configuration and administration
