Description
The Product Engineer at Armstrong International plays a critical role in the development, enhancement, and support of our product portfolio. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and maintain the high-quality standards Armstrong is known for.

Key Responsibilities
• Find Design, develop, and enhance products to meet customer and market requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct testing and validation of products to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, customers, and field service representatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product designs and processes.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Willingness to learn or train in the position.
• Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
• Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above.
